When a customer purchases their first license of any PasswordBank product, and calls for the first time to support, all the necessary contact information will be updated. The first time you contact our Support Department, you will be prompted to fulfill some additional information. Once this is done, you will be granted to use our services, and we will give you the codes and Id's to logIn. In order to speed up this process, we would be grateful if you can fill out the attached form found in the Support Guide:
