PasswordBank Self-Service Password Reset solution allows domain users to perform self password reset without assistance by accessing an easy to use web interface and satisfying validation and identity verification questionnaire.

The password reset function is accessible via:

• Web browser
• Integrated into the PasswordBank workstation components:

  • PasswordBank E-SSO OS Authentication:

• Password reset for web (SaaS) and legacy applications (on-premise)
