El programa “PasswordBank Partners”, es un programa de colaboración que tiene por objeto promover la comercialización de las soluciones de PasswordBank y de los servicios asociados a su implantación y mantenimiento, mediante acuerdos de colaboración con otras empresas interesadas en participar en este negocio.
This document defines the relationship between PasswordBank and its partners. The definition of each relationship modalities, and the requirements and conditions that are derived in each case.
Our aim is that this plan becomes the base of the future action plan, agreed between both parts, sealed in a formal agreement.
El Programa “PasswordBank Partners” se complementa con un Plan de Negocio anual donde se recogen los objetivos y condiciones concretas en que se desarrollará la colaboración durante el próximo año.
Both parts must agree that we must get an agreement.
The most important thing in this business is that the commitments are assumed and satisfied, and the resources needed are provided to obtain the objectives, with professionalism even before the agreements are settled. We believe that this plan will help our businesses pave the way to success.

Certifications
All employees of each SI, VAR or OEM partners, related to PasswordBank products (sales, pre-sales, support, services) must be trained through our Education Department. Certifications are issued to individuals, splitted by cathegories, once fulfilled the requirements. We Issue thee main Certification categories:
- Sales
- Consultant
- Téchnical
Todos los productos de PasswordBank son compatibles con múltiples plataformas (Windows, UNIX, Linux, MAC OSX, …). El partner debe disponer de personal cualificado en los productos para las plataformas en las que desea instalar nuestras soluciones o realizar servicios de cualquier tipo relacionados con PasswordBank. |

The QAK (Quality Assurance Kit) is a package created to help our partners to join PasswordBank community, and it is composed of:
- Certification of Sales Reps., Consultants and Engineers.
- Licenses of PasswordBank products for pre-sales and internal training purposes only.
- One Year support.
- Material Comercial: presentaciones, brochures, demostraciones, plantillas, …
- The price and content of this package is subjected to the selected relationship model.
- SI, VARs and OEMs will be receive a credit after the first sale of a PasswordBank Product.
